IDPIL SCHOLARSHIP/ BURSARY AWARD SCHEME SCREENING ROGRAM
It would be recalled that the entry for IDPIL Scholarship/Bursary Award Scheme came to a close on 31st July 2022. A total of 379 appropriately filled forms were processed. It is apposite to say that this number would have been more than the stated number but for the ASUU strike which castrated the efforts of the applicants to get the required documents from their Tertiary Institutions for submission.
However, the processes for d award of both d scholarship and Bursary have therefore commenced in earnest as follows:
A, Screening interview for those who applied for Scholarship will hold in August, 2022 as state in the program track below, while successful applicants will have their Aptitude also in august 2022. *( Only 12 applicants will be selected from this group. 2 from each of the Local Govt/ LCDA’s in Ikorodu Division. Each successful applicant will be given #200,000 per year for the duration of his/her course.)* This is open only to residents living in lkorodu Division.
B. Bursary (1) interview will also hold in the same month of August 2022 and it attracts #100,000 for each of d 100 successful candidates and it is a one off scheme equally open to Residents in Ikorodu Division. *(There are conditions attached to the scheme which have been made known to d applicants in the advert)*
C, Bursary (2) is exclusively for *Indigent applicants who are indigenes of any of d towns in Ikorodu Division* and it attracts #50,000 for each of d 152 successful applicants. It is also a one off scheme.
A total of 264 applicants will therefore benefit from year 2022/2023 IDPIL Scholarship/ Bursary Scheme, solely sponsored by *ODOFIN ADEWUNMI OGUNSANYA*
Adequate arrangements have been made to ensure a seamless but successful exercise
All activities will hold at LEO REGAL HALL AND EVENTS PLACE* at *OLUODO, IGBOGBO*
